This is the ultimate scientific core workout for incredible core definition and sports performance. This class is all about building strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, helping you improve your functional strength and assist in injury prevention.

We've added a warmup blast of 20-30min cycling at the start to really get that adrenaline going, giving you the best of cardio and core strength.
