30min of cycle cardio riding in the Spin room followed by 30min HIIT stations in a circuit format targeting all body parts using body weight and small weighted dumb-bells.  The idea is to keep the intensity at a high rate thus burning fat calories and making your body more effective keeping recovery time to a minimum.
