BOOTY Class
A lower body workout primarily focused on conditioning the legs and of course, 'the Booty'! Secondary work for the abs, core and postural muscles.
Utilising the STEP, booty bands, tubing, hand and plate weights and a massive array of hip and butt exercises, you'll get that important part of your body, toned and tightened and ready for the beach.
