Welcome to a new class opportunity and learning experience.
Organised in a workshop and coaching style, you will learn all the basics of correct lifting techniques of all the 'BIG' lifts. Also learn why using these lifts gets you the best results. Learn how to break all the full lifts down into smaller pieces to perfect, before moving on to putting the pieces back together to full performance. Resistance will be minimal in the early sessions as we get the movements correct. Progress of resistance will come based on correctness of execution judged by Coach Edu. And that is why this program is fantastic for everyone - new exercisers and savvy exercisers!You will also learn how to stay flexible and mobile through a series of warm up drills, stretches and mobility skills encouraging better exercise performance.
